Fingle Bridge, Dartmoor.

An image of Fingle Bridge, a national trust owned valley at the bootom of the 1930's castle Drogo.
That moment flows its way back to me
Over your green leaved memory,
That instant, when I knelt,
Caught your mossy boulders, your flow, your weave,
The leaves on the trees stand out still, every one,
Their late summer flame fading into me.
The flow of you ran through me,
Delight told me what to do,
Never before had I caught such a moment of wild beauty;
Held timeless in my hand;
The heart songs of you; flow, bubble and murmur,
That instant in both our lives,
Lives with me still.
The sweet song of you reaches me through the green blur of years.
